Waterfire is a public art instillation in Providence Rhode Island that attracts thousands of visitors to the river basin downtown most weekends in the summertime. I went down to providence for a visit with a friend, and we sat and played with slow shutter photography. We found a 2 second exposure was ideal in this situation.
